Es ist ein gr\u00fcndlicher Ganzk\u00f6rperansatz f\u00fcr Pilates, der Ihnen hilft, die richtige Atemtechnik, K\u00f6rperausrichtung, Form und K\u00f6rpermechanik zu erlernen. Wir wollen Ihnen helfen, Ihre Bewegungsabl\u00e4ufe und die Funktionsweise Ihres K\u00f6rpers zu ver\u00e4ndern. Wir konzentrieren uns auf die Qualit\u00e4t der Bewegung. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir glauben an eine pr\u00e4zise und kontrollierte Bewegung. Unser Ziel ist es, dass Sie sich auf eine achtsame Bewegung konzentrieren und dass alle Bewegungen aus dem inneren Kern heraus initiiert werden, um maximale Ergebnisse und K\u00f6rperbewegungen zu erzielen. Um Pilates-Ergebnisse zu erzielen, muss Ihr K\u00f6rper an den richtigen Stellen arbeiten und sich dort bewegen.
